Our core machinery and features: Our gravimetric filler ensures a filling accuracy of ±0.5% for viscous or hot oils. It also features an anti-oxidation design. Furthermore, a nitrogen purge device displaces oxygen from the bottle, extending shelf life and preventing rancidity.
316L stainless steel contact surfaces are CIP/SIP compatible and utilize USDA/FDA-certified components. Temperature-controlled piping ensures stable oil viscosity during the filling process.
A complete edible oil filling machine also requires a versatile capper to address other challenges: a torque-controlled capper for tamper-evident seals on plastic and glass bottles. A vacuum capper also provides a metal seal for premium oil cans.
An onboard vision inspection system verifies fill level, cap alignment, and label placement. A metal detector and filter are also included to remove foreign matter.
Ensuring environmental friendliness, the machine features an oil drip tray and self-cleaning nozzles to prevent contamination and waste.
