Due to its high melting point (24-39°C) and wide range of applications, palm oil's filling process places significant demands on equipment temperature control, anti-freezing design, and adaptability. Through targeted technical optimization, our palm oil filling machines have become key equipment in the oil and fat processing industry, balancing efficiency and stability.
Our palm oil filling machine has the following application areas, meeting the filling needs of multiple industries:
1. Food Industry: Used for filling raw materials in fried food factories and pastry processing plants, suitable for 20L-200L industrial drums; household packs (1-5L) are supplied to supermarkets for retail and baking and cooking needs.
2. Oil Refineries: Connected to refining lines, refined palm oil is filled into standard finished products, supporting various packaging formats such as drums (180kg) and bottles (500ml-10L).
3. Chemical and Daily Chemical Industries: As a raw material for soaps and cosmetics, our filling machines must be capable of filling large drums (50-200L) and operate in conjunction with chemical production lines for continuous operation.
4. Feed Processing: For palm oil used as a feed additive, we offer 10-50L drum filling to meet the bulk purchasing needs of the livestock industry.
II. Five Core Features of the Palm Oil Filling Machine
Intelligent Temperature Control System: Solve the Solidification Problem
Palm oil easily solidifies at room temperature (melting point ≥ 24°C). The filling machine is equipped with a double-layer heating pipe and a constant-temperature filling head. This uses electric or steam heating to maintain a stable oil temperature of 40-50°C, ensuring smooth, liquid filling. Some models feature a built-in temperature sensor for real-time material temperature monitoring. Automatic alarms are triggered if deviations exceed ±2°C, preventing pipe blockage.
High Viscosity Adaptation Technology Improves Filling Accuracy
The headed palm oil has a moderate viscosity (approximately 30-50 cP). The filling machine utilizes either a gear pump for quantitative filling or a screw pump for volumetric control, keeping the error within ±0.5%. For example, when filling a 10L drum, the error per drum does not exceed 50ml, meeting industrial-grade measurement standards. Enhanced cleanliness design complies with multiple industry standards.
Product-contacting parts are constructed of 316 stainless steel (with superior corrosion resistance compared to 304), meeting both food-grade and chemical-grade cleaning requirements. The CIP (Cleaning in Place) system supports high-temperature (above 80°C) alkaline rinsing to remove residual grease and prevent oxidation and deterioration, while also meeting food GMP and chemical production hygiene standards.
Wide range of specifications, suitable for both large and small packaging.
Supports filling of all sizes, from 500ml vials to 200L drums. Quickly switch between packaging types by replacing the filling head and adjusting the conveyor track. For large drum filling, a drip-proof filling nozzle and weighing feedback system are included to prevent safety hazards caused by high-temperature grease splashing.
High automation integration, suitable for large-scale production.
