The filling machine is easily disassembled for cleaning, ensuring smooth surfaces with no blind spots. It is equipped with automatic cleaning/sterilization interfaces. The filling area can be equipped with a laminar flow hood or located in a cleanroom to prevent environmental dust contamination.
Highly Efficient Production
The machine features multiple filling heads, such as 4, 8, 12, 24, 36, and 48, enabling high filling speeds. It seamlessly integrates with bottle unscramblers, bottle washers, cappers, labelers, inkjet printers, and cartoners to form an automated production line.
For easily oxidized or volatile materials, we utilize nitrogen or other inert gas displacement filling technology, injecting inert gas into the container before or during filling to expel air.
Some high-end equipment supports the Industrial Internet of Things, enabling remote monitoring and data management.
